• Obtained a name tag/ID
• Obtain a personalized OSCE schedule

OSCE Procedures

1. When you arrive each day, please report to Room # to sign-in and get information of which room you will be in.
2. Wait inside the designated room with the OSCE Examiner. There will be a series of bells:
   1. When the participant can start reading the vignette.
   2. When the participant needs to stop reading the vignette and enter the room.
3. Once the participant enters the room, the OSCE will begin immediately. You will engage in a 15-minutes session with the participant. There will be a bell at the 13-minute mark to signal 2 minutes remaining. There will be a bell at 15-minutes to conclude the session.
4. You and OSCE rater will have 5 minutes to give verbal feedback to the participant. There will be another bell to signal the end of the feedback time.
5. Your personalized OSCE schedule will outline the dates/times of participants. You are welcome to stay in the OSCE room or take rest in Rm 222 between sessions.
6. A lunch is available in Room # during your scheduled lunch break. To maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the research study, please refrain from discussing the OSCEs with other participants.
7. Upon completion of all OSCE sessions for the day, please return to Room # to sign-out.
